Dönmezoğlu Group continues its activities throughout the year, training candidates for specific positions, in line with its objective and principles.

For Dönmezoğlu Group, competency is one of the most important criteria in our recruitment processes. Regardless for which department they are being evaluated, it is important that our candidates possess the following ten main competencies.

All or some of the following assessment tools can be applied for the evaluation of the suitability of our newly graduate and experienced candidates, in accordance with the requirements of the position:

  • Competency-based Interview
  • Occupational Personality Inventory
  • English Level Test
  • Assessment Center Exercises - The competences of our candidates are evaluated based on their performance during teamwork and individual exercises in the case studies given to them.

Following these evaluations, the approved candidates will receive an offer of employment from the relevant company of Dönmezoğlu Group, and start to work therein. During this process, our objective is to place the right people in the most suitable department based on their qualifications, taking advantage of their knowledge, ability and competences.
